The customer is a famous hydraulic valve enterprise in China. The original operating mode of the customer is one person operating 2 equipments, which is not only inefficient, but also has high labor cost. At the same time, because the geometric tolerance of the products by sequential machining is difficult to control, the machining allowance for the next sequence is large. After using the indexing chuck, the customer has realized two-stage jump of one person operating four equipments and one person operating six sets. At the same time, the reserved machining margin was successfully reduced to half of the original. At present, there are more than 20 indexing chucks from our company on the customer site, which realize the machining of indexing chucks of all self-made direction valve housing.
