The customer is a famous ball valve enterprise in China. The original operating mode of the customer is one person operating 2 equipments, sequential machining, which is not only inefficient, but also has high labor cost. The customer began to use our chuck in 2014. Firstly, small specification product tried out 1 set, then 1 unit(2 sets). Then, medium  specification product tried out 1 unit and unit for big specification product lately. Finally, other non-batch units were used. At present, all ball valves on customer site are machined by indexing chuck. The number of personnel, occupancy rate of space and unqualified rate on the customer site have been significantly reduced.
