This customer is a well-known industrial control enterprise in China. It can provide a complete set of products from hardware to software in the field of industrial fluid control. The core purpose of customer's using indexing chuck is to improve the geometrical tolerance of each position after product machining, and to improve the machining efficiency of products, from one persone-one machine to one person - multiple machine.(Customer's products are small in batches and various in types.) After using the indexing chuck, the customer's production flexibility has been significantly improved. Previously, in order to complete the machining of a product, at least three equipments should be arranged to machine three processes at the same time. Three equipments, three tooling and three times of debugging were needed. After integration, only one equipment and one time of debugging can complete all the machining.
