Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the tracking, statistics and analysis of all kinds of sales related data;
2. Establishment and improvement of various sales reports;
3. Tracking the delivery status of sales orders;
4. Assist the sales to complete the quotation and sales contract related matters;
5. Customer payment registration, checking and tracking related matters;
6. Maintenance of e-commerce websites, preliminary screening of network and telephone customers and product introduction;
7. Archives management of customer information;
8. Communication and coordination with other departments of the company;
9. Sales Manager handles other tasks.
Qualifications and basic requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in marketing, secretarial, electronic commerce, machinery, etc.
At least 2 or 2 years working experience in sales field, with good experience in the same industry;
3. Proficient in word, excel and other office software, familiar with sales process, ERP software, financial knowledge;
4. Happy personality, conscientious work, careful, strong communication skills, good image temperament.
