The customer is a famous domestic yoke machining enterprise. The customer used to machine yokes by sequential machining mode. There were not only many equipments but also many operators on the site. Customers used indexing chucks starting three years before. In the beginning，there was only one set in use, and now there are  more than 20 sets on site.The number of machines operated by worker has also changed from 2 to 4. Due to the extensive application of indexing chuck, the single machine output and single person output of customer have been increased by more than 30%, and the defect rate of products is lower than before. Now, the customer is planning to purchase joint manipulator. One manipulator operates three devices, and one person manageing 12 devices can be realized ultimately. 

This customer is the leading enterprise in the international three-pin joint industry. Customer's originally used chuck was fully imported Japanese chuck, which has very high requirements for stability, positioning precision and repeatability precision of the indexing chuck. Now all the chucks used by this customer office have been replaced by our chucks. At present, the customer is using more than 30 sets of chucks of our company. Four sets of them are used for turning work-hardened machining after heat treatment, i.e. replacing grinding with turning.

This customer is domestic leading enterprise of cross axis joint. The customer originally used fully imported German and Italian chucks. It has very high requirements for positioning precision repeatability precision and service life of indexing chucks. Now this customer has completely replaced imported chucks with our company's chucks. At present the customer is using more than 50 sets of chucks from our company.
