The customer is a famous hydraulic valve enterprise in China. The original operating mode of the customer is one person operating 2 equipments, which is not only inefficient, but also has high labor cost. At the same time, because the geometric tolerance of the products by sequential machining is difficult to control, the machining allowance for the next sequence is large. After using the indexing chuck, the customer has realized two-stage jump of one person operating four equipments and one person operating six sets. At the same time, the reserved machining margin was successfully reduced to half of the original. At present, there are more than 20 indexing chucks from our company on the customer site, which realize the machining of indexing chucks of all self-made direction valve housing.

This customer is the first domestic brand in forklift industry. The customer uses indexing chuck + manipulator to realize automatic machining of forklift pipe fittings, which solves the problem of difficult machining and low machining efficiency of 135-degree pipe fittings. Customer realized the automatic machining of 135-degree pipe fittings by single machine in the year before last year. Last year, the customer duplicated the scheme and realized multi-machine automatic machining.

The customer is the leading enterprise in the international hydraulic industry. Previously, when choosing the indexing chuck, the customer also purchased several domestic and foreign brands of chucks, and ultimately chose us. At present, our indexing chucks are used in two domestic pipe fittings factories. One-time machining of elbow, tee, cross and other products is realized by using indexing chuck on the customer site. Drill directly with U drill and carbide drill. The number of machines operated by worker has also been changed from four to 8 (matched with one on one manipulator). OEE of equipment has also increased by more than 20%. At present, our company has more than 60 sets of chucks in use in the two factories of this customer.  

This customer is the leading enterprise in domestic hydraulic pipe fittings industry. The customer had originally used multiple brands of indexing chucks, and chose us finally. One-time machining of elbow, tee, cross and other products is realized by using indexing chuck on the customer site. The number of machines operated by worker has also been changed from four to six, and then to 12 at present (matched with one on one manipulator). At the same time, customer uses indexing chuck + manipulator + three-jaw to change the processing procedure of core products from four-five to one currently, and realizes its automatic loading and unloading material. In addition, customer also uses our B-series chucks to realize two-step and one-time machining of heavy series straight joints. At present, the customer has more than 150 sets of our company chucks in use.
